Fostering Global Responsibility: Building a Development Policy Knowledge Network to enhance NGO Public Outreach Initiatives in EU New Member States is a new 30 month project financed by the European Union.The project started in March 2008 with a kick-off meeting in April during which all the stakeholders directly involved in the project met.
