To learn how to promote gender equality and women’s human rights in development. 2. To understand the twin-track gender mainstreaming approach: 1. incorporating gender as a crosscutting theme in all development policies, projects; 2. supporting specific activities aimed at women’s empowerment 3. To learn concrete methods and practical tools how to mainstream gender in all projects and policies 4. To strengthen the participants practical skills on how to do internal evaluations Participants: Representatives of the national platforms of the Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland; NGDO representatives from the host country (Czech Republic); experts; media representatives. Representatives of ODI and CASE. Outcomes: Participants gained knowledge on gender and human rights. Participants improved their capacities in the field of internal evaluations. Participants shared their new knowledge with colleagues and peers. This project is co-financed by International Visegrad Fund (www.visegradfund.eu)
